Solidago sempervirens / Seaside Goldenrod

Solidago sempervirens is commonly known as seaside goldenrod.  A late season bloomer, this stunning goldenrod grows up to heights of 6ft tall and blooms from August - October. Dark green, waxy leaves contrast with the bright golden blooms of this perennial. This species is salt tolerant and does well in coastal, sandy environments. Seaside goldenrod prefers full sun, and dry, sandy soil.
