Ashwagandha is a low growing, annual medicinal plant with soft, gray-green leaves and bright red berries. Ashwagandha has a long history of use in traditional Indian medicine, frequently used as a nervine and to improve mental well-being. Grows best in full sun and dry to medium soil.
